Map/Satellite address links to home
and/or directions are not correct.
How do I find the home?
- Please verify with the listing agent that your directions are correct.
- We currently use automated links to Google Maps and Google satellites.
If the listing agent has sent us a manual link we always include
it for your convenience, otherwise this is an automated created link.
- Builder Virtual Tours is not responsible for bad links since Google
uses their own database and information they provide as a free service
may be outdated. We have no control over how current the information
they use is.
- If you see an error, please contact the listing agent on
the Virtual Tour so they can provide us the correct link.
- We do NOT create these links manually for many obvious reasons.
Builder Virtual Tours is a hosting/photography company, not the listing
agent. However, we do try to provide help when it is requested.

Satellite links are outdated; What
is going on?
- We use Google services to provide the data used in the satellite
maps for our tours. Many times the images, provided by Google, are
2-3 (or more) years old.
- We have no control over this data and it is provided as a free
service. Please contact listing agent for more info on current
photos and images.

Why is the Virtual Tour stuck?
- If you try to adjust/move a tour before it completely loaded it
may freeze on some systems.
- A RELOAD button is provided for a quick refresh. Please wait for
image to load before you try to move the image.

The MLS flyer is blank, why is this?
- MLS flyers can only be provided for current/active listings. If
the MLS number is not valid, as silly as this may sound, we cannot
produce a flyer. Additional options are being considered for future
updates to our systems to simplify this concern.

Contact information is outdated,
now what?
- Please contact the listing agent via other methods (ie fax, email,
phone) for current info. If that is impossible, please contact the
company that the listing agent is associated with though their profile
if that is available.
- As a last resort, please contact info@buildervirtualtours.com and
we will do our best to correct this info.
- In some cases, the info is not legally available to pass on.
- Builder Virtual Tours.com is not responsible for outdated or non-functional
info listed by any agent. However, we can try to forward any
questions to the listing agent or company.

Pop-up windows are not showing. Can
you help?
- You have a pop-up blocker on. Usually this can be by-passed by
holding the shift key when you click the link.
- If that does not work, please refer the help files or contact the
company that created the pop-up blocker via their website or other
contact information.
- Your last option is either to research your pop-up blocker on Google
or easier perhaps to disable the 3rd party pop-up blocker
on your computer and use the standard pop-up blocker built
into your Internet Explorer web browser.

Which browser and resolution do you
suggest?
