• Solution #1 - Install the Java plug-in.
  • Go to java.com and follow instructions.
• Solution #2 - Make sure Java is enabled on Internet Explorer 6.0+.
  • Go to "Tools" >> "Manage Add-ons..." in your Internet Explorer browser.
  • Find the add-on (plug-in) "Sun Java Console" and make sure it is enabled.
  • Select OK and close the window.
• Solution #3 - Repair corrupted Java plug-in.
  • Go to your "Window's Start Menu" and select the "Control Panel."
  • Select >> "Add or Remove Programs."
  • Uninstall >> "J2SE Runtime Environment..."
  • Last, re-install Java at java.com

Why does Builder Virtual Tours use Java based virtual tours?

• Java is usually pre-installed on most computers. Java is easily the most popular web programming language used on the web because it works on multiple platforms (Mac, PC, Linux), multiple browsers (IE, Firefox, Opera, etc) and multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, etc). You will even see Java used in smart cards like Credit Cards, cells phones and PDAs for this same reason.
• Although it is rare that you have to install this plug-in, sometimes you have to install it because the company that set up your computer decided to disable the install. Other times it is possible that you are just using an outdated version of Java and you need to update. Again, even if you have to install it, is it 100% safe and easy to use.
• In fact, its versatility, efficiency, platform portability, and security have made Java the ideal technology for millions of applications on the Internet.

• If you try to adjust/move a tour before it completely loaded it may freeze on some systems.
• A RELOAD button is provided for a quick refresh. Please wait for image to load before you try to move the image.

• MLS flyers can only be provided for current/active listings. If the MLS number is not valid, as silly as this may sound, we cannot produce a flyer. Additional options are being considered for future updates to our systems to simplify this concern.

• Please contact the listing agent via other methods (ie fax, email, phone) for current info. If that is impossible, please contact the company that the listing agent is associated with though their profile if that is available.
• As a last resort, please contact info@buildervirtualtours.com and we will do our best to correct this info.
• In some cases, the info is not legally available to pass on.
• Builder Virtual Tours.com is not responsible for outdated or non-functional info listed by any agent. However, we can try to forward any questions to the listing agent or company.

• You do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed.
• Please go to adobe.com to install the newest current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

• You have a pop-up blocker on. Usually this can be by-passed by holding the shift key when you click the link.
